Where to stay

Your can choose to base yourself in one town, and travel to the start town each day. Or you can choose to move your accommodation base from town to town each day. Please see the accommodation section below.

Format

Each ride will have a midpoint destination where riders can regroup, refresh and enjoy a coffee and a snack at one of the local cafes before heading back to the start town.

Pace

The Tour of WA is a ride…not a race. We want every rider to be able to enjoy the scenic beauty of the routes we have chosen. We expect that participating riders will be able to travel between 20km/hr and 30km/hr. Riders will be supported by our Ride WA ride guides, and a support vehicle will be following the Tour, in case anyone needs a rest.

Insurance

All participants must hold a membership with AusCycling to participate in the event. Riders who do not currently have an AusCycling membership can sign up for the 4 Week Free Trial just before the Tour starts, or purchase a Lifestyle membership and be covered for the year. Proof of purchase of this membership must be shown at registration on Tuesday October 5th.

Refunds

Entries are non-refundable from 4 weeks prior to the event, but are transferable to another rider, or can be rolled over to 2022 if required.
